I miss writing. I miss writing long, deep, yet nonsense paragraphs for hours as if I am making something out of nothing. I must have delegated a huge part of my expression into film photography, because although there is so much to tell from the inside, I usually feel like a well in drought when it comes to accompanying my photos even with a short description. Adjectives become harder and harder to pull out of my thin vocabulary and simple words become stale. I'd like to work out on it, though. A little bit more of reading could probably help, which reminds me that, I haven't touched a book in three months.

ORPHANED
Hello! I'm back from my 4-day trip, and so is Kimi :) I left her to my Aunt's house so she could be well taken care of while I was away. Checked on her the first night and they said she was already howling :( Then on my last day abroad, I asked how she was again and I was informed that she was already feeling at home haha! What a tripper she is.
It wasn't nice leaving her, but I also could not deny how I had a lovely, lovely time spending days away from home :) I had my colored film rolls developed yesterday, and will send the b&w ones this weekend to be processed. Can't wait to have them and share it with you! I really hope they will turn out okay. *cross fingers*

YOU COME AND GO
A day of proportionally divided, and ironically mixed feelings of anticipation and worry, freedom and constriction, coming and going. Only one thing binds all of these: the element of waiting. Waiting to leave, waiting to come back. Crossing over, or having your fingers crossed. Everybody goes on, and so does life. About to embark on another journey. Literally. Figuratively.

IS ENOUGH, ENOUGH?
I'm not the usual film hoarder, but I started to bite a couple of deals that offers film packs last month because I am preparing for an upcoming trip (no spoilers). I was also lucky to be a happy recipient of about ten rolls during our Secret Santa in the office, so I've got about 30 rolls on hand now and not enough space in the fridge to store them in! Also take note that an additional of eight black and white rolls are on their way to be delivered next week.
I'm not planning to bring them all, of course, but while I was doing my last minute research on the trip, I could not help but doubt if I would be able to bring enough film with me. I haven't been taking photos with film the last time I went out of the country, so I really can't estimate. I'd like to ask now, how many rolls do you bring when you are out for a trip? :)
