BINONDO BEAUTIES
Passed by these beauties on a sidewalk in Binondo a few weeks ago, and had to take a photo of them. Looking at the photographs, I really wish I brought home a few with me :(

PENSIVE
Bought a pack of Kodak Ultima 100 last month, and although I almost always prefer warmth on my photos, I am enjoying this light blue tone as well. They sort of feel mute and gloomy, in a pensive kind of way.

PART OF ME
I miss writing. I miss writing long, deep, yet nonsense paragraphs for hours as if I am making something out of nothing. I must have delegated a huge part of my expression into film photography, because although there is so much to tell from the inside, I usually feel like a well in drought when it comes to accompanying my photos even with a short description. Adjectives become harder and harder to pull out of my thin vocabulary and simple words become stale. I'd like to work out on it, though. A little bit more of reading could probably help, which reminds me that, I haven't touched a book in three months.

MORNING
Woke up early one Saturday morning, picked up my camera and strolled along the neighborhood. I still need to learn how to deal better with direct/harsh light.

BLOOM
It's always refreshing to see when some of the plants my mum keep in our roof bear flowers :) Yes, a little garden in the roof. My mum likes to think she has a green thumb, but because we lack the space for a real garden, she kept and let them grow in our roof. Over time, three pots became five, five became seven, seven became ten. There are probably less than twenty pots in our roof to date :)
I'm really not in particular to the seasons when flowers bloom, but I'm always pleased when they do :)
