yoki's farm iii

It seems that I got this set of photos from Yoki's Farm lost in my queue. In the middle of all the greeneries, a small tent lies where all the harvested vegetables are prepared and weighed in if you decide to buy. They were selling them for a MUCH cheaper price compared to the packed ones in the groceries, so I took home a huge plastic bag of green leaf and romaine lettuce, and some cilantro. I had lettuce as snack for days until I consumed them all :)

hong kong: riding the mtr

I am going to jumpstart my Hong Kong trip posts with the one thing I have absolutely loved in this city -- the MTR! Although, in my experience, Singapore's MRT propels with the same efficiency, there's something about Hong Kong's train service that knocked me off my socks and made me want to take the whole railway system back to Manila (where the train system is horrendous!)

Not sure how I am going to survive posting this 7-roll trip without having to book another flight to this vigorous city :)

Mum :)

cafe de seoul

It was one of those days when an idea presents itself out of nowhere and I am not in the mood to follow my daily routine or to attend to responsibilities. So I headed out to the coffee shop I have always been meaning to visit: Cafe de Seoul. The first time I went here failed because it was closed, but I got in on this second try :)

Would love to have some time again to visit, I really had a good time with their caffé latte!

coron: sophia's garden

Capping off my Coron stories with these greens.

On the morning of our last day in Coron, I sneaked out of our room for a while to sit alone in the garden and write on my journal. And I wrote on the last line of my entry:

"This, this moment, that I get to be myself in a garden, not having a care, listening to music, with the wind blowing, writing without ever having to stop."

coron: sophia's garden resort

Comedor

While every island and lagoon in Coron is naturally beautiful on its own, this garden resort we stayed in is like the cherry on top of the trip, at least for me :) This is how I want my home to look like - a raised bungalow house made from wood and concrete with wide open windows, and a simple garden stretched with carpet grass!

In front of their comedor is a small pool and a jacuzi, which my friends and I spent a quiet, fun and super relaxed evening.

This tables and chairs setup is so romantic in nightime with those small capiz lamps dangling from the tree.
